The first half is from 19th May 1968 with 60,000+ spectators. The 350 race held late afternoon after an earlier shower with Hailwood (Hinda 45) & Phil Rad (Yamaha 73) (apparently Read had only one front wheel for his two bikes that day! Date of 2nd half is unknown but maybe 1967. The Honda (103) has the name M. Sumiya on the fairing - a light 750cc racer developed from the CB500/4.

Phil Read, Ago, Hailwood and Stuart Graham with his elaborate and powerful 125cc twin Suzuki, which had a 35bhp and a 10-speed gearbox. He later sold this machine to Barry Sheene for £2000 (a small fortune in 1970!)

125cc race:- Dave Simmonds (1, Kawasaki lead all the way), Tommy Robb (4, Honda retired), George Plenderleith (8, Honda retired), Martin Carney (26, Sheperd retired)

Senior:- Ago (18, MV 1st), Derek Woodman (1, Seeley 4th), Jack Findlay (11, Norton retired from 5th) Angelo Bergamonti (5, Paton retired from 9th), Alan Barnett (3, Metisse 2nd)
